Personality Test – Fifteen Factor Questionaire
What is it?
The JTI is based on the work of Swiss Psychologist Carl Jung, who identified how our preferences influence how we relate to the world and others around us. Jung’s model of Psychological Type identifies dimensions of preference:
- Extraversion vs. Introversion (EI)
- Thinking vs. Feeling (TF)
- Sensing vs. Intuiting (SN).
- Judging vs. Perceiving (JP)
Purpose
Access a persons impact on areas including thinking style, interpersonal styles and problem-solving,
Application: Selection or development processes. Personal development, enhancing communication, counselling, guidance and team building.
Process
It take approximately 10 minutes to complete the test.
When you buy the test(s) you will receive an email asking for name(s) and email address(es) of those who will take the test within 24 hours
A link to the test will be sent inviting participants to take the test and reminders will also be sent
Results report will be emailed to those designated.
