Emotional Intelligence (EQ) test
What is it?
It assesses a persons EQ or how they relate to themselves ( self awareness, self management) and others including their line managers, team members and other stakeholders (social awareness, relationship management). The 9 areas it measures address the following key questions:

As it accesses a persons relationship management capability it’s widely used in assessing for roles where this is a key skill such as leadership, account management, and channel management.
Application: Selection or development processes. Personal development, enhancing communication, coaching and team building.
It take approximately 15minutes to complete the test.
- When you buy the test(s) you will receive an email asking for name(s) and email address(es) of those who will take the test within 24 hours
- A link to the test will be sent inviting participants to take the test and reminders will also be sent
- Results report will be emailed to those designated.
