Personality Test – PPA
What is it?
The PPA The Thomas Personal Profile Analysis (PPA) provides information on an assessment taker’s fears, motivators, values and behavioural style using four main profile factors: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Compliance.
Purpose
Access a persons impact on areas including thinking style, interpersonal styles and problem-solving,
Application: Selection or development processes. Personal development, enhancing communication, counselling, guidance and team building.
Process
It take approximately 8 minutes to complete the test.
- When you buy the test(s) you will receive an email asking for name(s) and email address(es) of those who will take the test within 24 hours
- A link to the test will be sent inviting participants to take the test and reminders will also be sent
- Results report will be emailed to those designated.
